Making Your Own Breakfast Shake

Breakfast Shake Ingredients:

  • Banana - 1/2

  • Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder - 2 tbs

  • Classic Style Oatmeal - 2 tbs

  • Water or Skim Milk - 400ml

Breakfast Shake Preparations:

Mix 1/2 banana with two scoops of whey protein (or your protein of choice,) along with 2 scoops of classic oatmeal. This is all blended with your choice of water or skim milk, which doesn't provide much of a difference in taste as long as the water is cold. Give it a try and you are sure to fall in love with it!
