If you follow the Slim-Fast plan, you will need to eat three meals each day, along with three snacks made up of fruits and vegetables. Slim Fast plan required that two of the meals and one snack must be made up of Slim-Fast products.

Slim-fast breakfast consists of a creamy shake or bar. At lunchtime you will eat a meal replacement product along with 200 calories of food. Slim-Fast website provides advice as to what types of meals constitute 200 calories. They also have pre-made foods, such as mini-pizzas, available for you to use. Dinner is the only meal when you do not eat a Slim-fast product. For dinner you need to eat around 500 calories of food. This should be split between proteins, starches, and vegetables.

For snacks you are allowed to choose pre-made snacks or a variety of healthy snack options. The first snack is taken between breakfast and lunch, second snack between lunch and dinner, and the last as desert after your dinner. Snack time is when you can consume fruits on the Slim-fast meal plan.

Slim Fast Meal 2 - Lunch Have one of Slim-Fast creamy soups or luscious Slim-Fast pasta and sauce, along with a healthy salad or some veggies.
Snack 2 For an afternoon treat, indulge with a Slim-Fast Low Fat Frozen snack or a Slim-Fast snack bar.
Slime Fast Meal 3 - Sensible Meal 1/2 plate of veggies, 1/4 plate lean protein (chicken without the skin, turkey, fish, or lean beef) and 1/4 plate of starch.
Slim Fast Snack 3 End the day with some juicy fruit or low-fat air-popped popcorn.

Note : Drink plenty of water or calorie-free beverages throughout the day. Water helps to increase our body metabolism, it can also work as appetite suppressant to keep away hunger.
